NovArk Power Exhibits Silent, Portable and Gas Generator Sets at CIDEE 2026 in Shijiazhuang
Hunan Qianding Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., which sells to overseas buyers under the NovArk Power brand, is exhibiting at the 2026 China International Digital Economy Expo (CIDEE) in Shijiazhuang. The show opened on 23 September and runs until 25 September at the Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center. The company's stand is in Hall 2, stand 2A-3.
CIDEE is a national-level exhibition covering industrial digitalisation, intelligent equipment and green energy. It brings together manufacturers, technology suppliers, industry specialists and procurement teams from across China, and this is the first time the company has shown its generator set range at this particular show.
What is on the stand
Four product lines are on display. The centrepiece is a 125 kVA silent diesel generator set, shown as the representative of the company's larger fixed installations.
That unit uses an enclosed sound-attenuating canopy, so the enclosure does the work of reducing noise rather than the site having to. It is presented for medium- to long-duration uninterrupted supply: industrial parks, facilities that support data operations, and construction sites where power has to stay on. The canopy also protects the set from dust and weather, which matters in the markets the company sells into.
The configuration supports customised distribution arrangements, so a buyer can specify the outgoing feeders their site actually needs rather than adapting to a fixed panel. The frame is built for maintenance access, with the service points reachable through the canopy doors.
The second featured unit is the 3800i portable inverter generator. It is wheeled and light enough for one person to move, starts and stops quickly, and produces a clean output waveform, which is what makes it suitable for outdoor equipment, precision instruments and mobile work rather than only for lighting and small tools.
Alongside these two, the company is showing its mobile lighting tower sets and its gas generator set range. Day one: visitors and enquiries
Officials attending the expo visited the stand during the opening day and reviewed the equipment on display. Their questions were technical rather than ceremonial: specifications, the applications each set is designed for, and how the product range is being positioned in export markets. Discussion also covered power supply requirements as industrial sites digitalise, and where product iteration is heading.
Buyers and overseas visitors stopped at the stand throughout the day. They inspected the units at close range, collected product literature, and put questions to the sales team. The recurring themes were running cost, noise performance, custom and OEM manufacturing, delivery for export orders, and what happens after delivery.
On running cost, the discussion centred on the difference between a set that is cheap to buy and one that is cheap to run, which comes down to engine efficiency and how the set is sized against the real load. On noise, the interest was in the canopy design and what noise level a site can actually work with.
On manufacturing, several visitors asked about OEM and custom configurations, including panel layout, voltage and frequency variants and badging. On delivery, the questions covered lead times, shipping terms and documentation for import clearance, which are the points that most often delay an order after the price is agreed.
After-sales questions were practical: spare parts availability, the service response a buyer can expect in their own market, and what documentation accompanies a shipment. The sales team worked through each enquiry against the site conditions the visitor described, rather than quoting a model number and moving on.
Several overseas visitors said they were actively looking for a supplier for an upcoming project and left contact details for follow-up after the show.

The company's export activity this year has included orders and project deliveries in Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia. Attending a digital economy exhibition is a deliberate choice rather than an obvious one for a generator manufacturer: as industrial sites add automation, instrumentation and data equipment, the quality of their backup power becomes a systems question, not only an emergency question.
For buyers, the practical significance is that a set specified for an ordinary industrial load may not be the right machine for a facility that now runs control systems and data equipment alongside motors. Sizing has to account for both.
